Return notice for replacement parts and retrofit items

We want you to be satisfied!

That is why we accept returned replacement parts and retrofit items (referred to below as goods or items) that are undamaged and resalable and were sold through the Service department.
If such goods are returned to us within 15 working days (including Saturdays) of the date on which you received them, we will accept them under the following conditions:

  • Our acceptance of returns is purely voluntary and not associated with any legal obligation.
  • We are thus free, even after accepting returned goods multiple times, to entirely discontinue the acceptance of returned goods or to refuse it in individual cases.
  • The return notice must reach us within the aforementioned period of 15 working days after the date on which you received the goods.The customer assumes the costs of and full responsibility for the return shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for any damages to the return shipment.
  • We decide how to deal with damaged items at our own discretion and, when appropriate, in consultation with the customer.

Under no circumstances can we accept the return of the following replacement parts or retrofit items:

  • Customised items produced according to the customer’s requirements (e.g. coloured pads or painted parts, materials sold by the metre, and liquids)
  • Sealed goods whose seals were removed after delivery (electronic components such as circuit boards or sets of replacement parts)
  • Damaged goods
  • Items with chromium nickel steel surfaces
  • Batteries

For the cost of processing returned goods, we will charge a flat rate of 10% of the net invoice value per item, or at least €30.00, plus applicable VAT. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

After we perform an internal check, we will send you a return note as soon as possible. Please sign the return note and enclose it with the returned goods.

By sending this return notice for replacement parts and retrofit items, you accept all conditions under which we agree to accept the return of goods purchased by you.
